The smaller rectangles on either side are adorned with baguette diamonds and 8 pave set round cut diamonds each. 12 prong set round cut diamonds line the shank and milgrain, adding to a total of 1/2 ct of round cut diamonds and 1/3 ct baguette diamonds.
